These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 77ph ("77ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 77ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 77ph.one (the "Platform").

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 77ph reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

To access the full range of 77ph games and services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must notify 77ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• 77ph will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 77ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

77ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the account information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

77ph supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 77ph wallet instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• 77ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, which may vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete KYC verification and satisfy any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• 77ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• 77ph reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

77ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 77ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: 77ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other fraudulent means.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, after wagering requirements have been met, are eligible for withdrawal.

All games available on the 77ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All 77ph games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panels. Actual results may vary from stated RTP figures over any given session.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 77ph's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative.
• Technical malfunctions or errors in game software void all pays and plays. 77ph will not be liable for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
• 77ph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker, card games, or any multiplayer format.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 77ph Platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the 77ph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of 77ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 77ph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 77ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 77ph intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

77ph is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the 77ph Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at 77ph.one/privacy-policy.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 77ph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
